ELLICOTT
Ellicott is located on Highway 94 within 20 minutes of Colorado Springs. It has a gas station and a small shopping center with a grocery store, two cafes, and various service businesses. Farmer's State Bank now has a branch in Ellicott. Five to forty acre properties are common in this area. Ellicott school district has grown to a total of approximately 960 kids within its high school, middle and elementary schools. This is a popular area for enjoying the rural life and commuting to the city.
