High Plains Realty is a family run company specializing in the sale and purchase of rural foreclosure properties.  We serve the eastern plains of Colorado - specifically eastern El Paso County, Elbert County and Lincoln county. 

Emma Richardson, Managing Broker, is a member of the Douglas Elbert Realtor Association and participates in both the Pikes Peak and Denver area MLS systems.  Emma has been working and living in the eastern Colorado area for several years and has concentrated on foreclosure properties for the last few years.  Her familiarity with the area and the issues surrounding rural foreclosure properties is a great asset to her real estate business.
